Ashlynn Marques is the founder of The Aesthetics Boutique and a Registered Nurse with more than 14 years of clinical nursing experience. A graduate of McMaster University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Ashlynn is registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario and is a member of the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario.

Before pursuing her passion for medical aesthetics, Ashlynn built an extensive clinical foundation in intensive care, emergency medicine and hemodialysis. She spent more than a decade at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Hamilton, where she advanced to the role of Charge Nurse within the Hemodialysis Unit.

Today, Ashlynn brings that clinical experience together with advanced aesthetic training, an in-depth understanding of facial anatomy and an artistic eye for balanced, natural-looking results. Through continued education, specialized training and mentorship, she has developed extensive expertise in cosmetic injectables and advanced aesthetic treatments, with safety, precision and thoughtful treatment planning at the forefront of her practice.

Ashlynn founded The Aesthetics Boutique in 2022 with a vision to create an elevated medical aesthetics experience where clients feel heard, informed and confident in their care. Her approach begins with understanding each client’s concerns and goals, followed by a personalized treatment plan designed specifically for them.

Under her leadership, The Aesthetics Boutique has grown into an award-winning medical aesthetics clinic serving Binbrook, Hamilton and surrounding communities, earning recognition for medical aesthetics, advanced technology, skincare and client experience.

For Ashlynn, continued education remains fundamental to both her own practice and the evolution of the clinic. She is committed to continually advancing her knowledge and injection techniques, thoughtfully introducing technologies from around the world, and maintaining the high standard of care that has become central to The Aesthetics Boutique.
