Welcome to The Aesthetics Boutique Medical Spa. By booking an appointment or receiving a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Booking Policy

All appointments require a valid credit card on file to secure the booking. A deposit of $50 will also be collected at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.


The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. If you cancel or reschedule outside of our 24-hour policy, the deposit will be retained as a fee.


This deposit ensures our team’s time is reserved exclusively for you and helps reduce no-shows or last-minute cancellations.


2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Late Cancellation: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will result in the deposit being retained, or, if no deposit was taken, a $50 fee will apply.


No-Show: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a $100 fee charged to the card on file, or the deposit being retained in full with the remaining balance charged if necessary.


Rescheduling: Clients are allowed to reschedule online or via phone at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a late cancellation fee of $50.


3. Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your appointment. This will be considered a late cancellation, and a fee of $50 will apply, or your deposit may be retained.

This policy ensures our ability to provide high-quality care to all clients without disrupting the schedule or delaying services for others.


We value your time and kindly ask that you value ours as well.


4. Refund and Exchange Policy No Refunds: 

We do not offer refunds for any services provided or retail products purchased.


Exchange of Services: An exchange of services for the value of the initial service may be granted at the discretion of the owner of The Aesthetics Boutique Medical Spa. Please contact our team to discuss any concerns.


5. Results Policy

Results will vary from person to person. While we strive to achieve your desired outcome, individual factors such as health, age, and skin condition may impact results.


6. Product Purchases

Refunds are not permitted on skincare or retail products once purchased.


Exchanges are only allowed for unopened, unused items returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of payment.


7. Health and Safety

Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to treatment. Failure to provide accurate information may affect your treatment.


Our team maintains strict hygiene protocols to ensure your safety.


8. Memberships and Promotions

Discounts, memberships, and special promotions cannot be combined.


Membership benefits are non-transferable and expire if unused during the designated timeframe.


9. Clients Under 18 Years of Age

Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present during consultations and treatments.


10. Privacy Policy

Your personal and medical information is confidential and will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law.


11. Rights to Refuse Services

The Aesthetics Boutique Medical Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior or failing to adhere to these policies
