Appointment Policy

Welcome to The Aesthetics Boutique Medical Spa

To provide exceptional care and ensure every patient receives the time, attention, and quality of service they deserve, we kindly ask that all appointments are respected. Our appointment policies help ensure fairness to all patients, including those on our waitlist, and allow us to provide timely appointments and exceptional service to everyone.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting the following policies.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment rescheduled if there is insufficient time to safely complete the treatment. In these circumstances, a $50 late cancellation fee may apply.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a $150 no-show fee.

Deposits
Certain treatments require a deposit to reserve your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your treatment and will be non-refundable if your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or in the event of a no-show.
